2. Offer, Acceptance, Contract Conclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n

2.1 The presentation of goods in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation for the customer to submit an offer.<\/p>\n

2.2 By clicking the\u00a0\"Place Order with Obligation to Pay\"<\/strong>\u00a0button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart.<\/p>\n

2.3 The contract is concluded only through the acceptance declaration from watchyourwatch.de, which will be sent to the customer via email (order confirmation).\u00a0watchyourwatch.de<\/a>\u00a0zustande, die per E-Mail (Bestellbest\u00e4tigung) an den Kunden versendet wird.<\/p>\n

2.4 If an ordered item is no longer available, the customer will be informed immediately. Any payment already made will be refunded promptly.<\/p>\n
