1. Scope of Application
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) through the online store www.watchyourwatch.de from

1.2 Deviating conditions from the customer will not be recognized unless watchyourwatch.de has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
2. Offer, Acceptance, Contract Conclusion
2.1 The presentation of goods in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation for the customer to submit an offer.
2.2 By clicking the "Place Order with Obligation to Pay" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart.
2.3 The contract is concluded only through the acceptance declaration from watchyourwatch.de, which will be sent to the customer via email (order confirmation). watchyourwatch.de zustande, die per E-Mail (Bestellbestätigung) an den Kunden versendet wird.
2.4 If an ordered item is no longer available, the customer will be informed immediately. Any payment already made will be refunded promptly.
3. Prices, Payment Terms, Due Date
3.1 All prices are final prices in euros and subject to the differential taxation according to § 25a UStG,so no VAT is shown.
3.2 The prices stated are exclusive of the respective shipping costs according to the shipping cost overview below.
3.3 The following payment methods are accepted:

Cash payment upon pickup
3.4 The invoice amount is due within 14 days after receiving the order confirmation .
3.5 Shipping will occur only after full payment of the invoice amount, including shipping costs, has been received.
3.6 In case of delayed payment of more than 21 days after the order confirmation, watchyourwatch.de is entitled to withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded within 30 days.
4. Delivery, Shipping, and Risk Transfer
4.1 Shipping will occur to the delivery address provided by the customer after payment has been received.
4.2 Deliveries are generally insured and carefully packed.
4.3 Shipping occurs on weekdays (Monday–Friday).
4.4 Pickup in person is possible by prior arrangement.
4.5 The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer upon delivery to the customer. For entrepreneurs, the risk passes upon handover to the carrier.

5. Transport Damage
Obvious transport damages must be reported immediately to the carrier and within 2 days after receipt of the goods via email to info@watchyourwatch.de .
