You have the right to request from the data controller the immediate deletion of personal data concerning you, and we are obliged to delete personal data immediately where one of the following grounds applies:

a. The personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing of personal data concerning you for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes pursuant to Article 89 paragraph 1, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of public interest.

You can exercise the right to object at any time by contacting the respective controller.

(9) Automated Individual Decision-Making, Including Profiling
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. This does not apply if the decision:

As your personal contact in the tri-border region at Lake Constance, I offer you both local and global buying and selling of exclusive timepieces.

Because buying a watch is a matter of trust!

And that's what I stand for with my name.

Our philosophy

Time should always be a top priority—time for encounters with others and with oneself. Time to dream, to laugh, to love. Time to live. (Marion Schmickler)

For me, a wristwatch is not just a timepiece, but rather the jewel of modern times. It symbolizes prosperity, accompanies us daily, and is at the same time a safe haven in the stormy seas of today's fast-paced world.

In current uncertain times of economic and financial crises, as well as low interest rate policies, many investors are looking for risk-free investment opportunities. Besides traditional investment options such as land, real estate, or gold, which have seen enormous value increases due to high demand in recent years, exclusive wristwatches also offer high value increase potential. Through my specialization in this market, I offer you access to this alternative investment opportunity, with which you will also have your enjoyment.

I am happy to advise you individually, tailored to your personal needs and wishes.

As Winston Churchill once said: "The pessimist sees difficulties in every opportunity. The optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty."
